Wonder what half a cow, $550 worth of meat looks like? Wonder no further. Look below. :)
Our friend hobby farms cows and was butchering one, so we bought half from him. There are 30+ steaks, plus ribs, hamburger, sausage, and roasts. I don't really know how much of all since Dan put it away. But it goes right from the bottom our our freezer to the top, only leaving a small space for the stuff we had in there already. SWEET!!! (The picture really doesn't do it justice, so you'll have to use your imagination a bit.) :)
