May long weekend

Ahhhh, we got away! Dan booked two nights at the Mount Robson Inn in Jasper. We left Saturday morning and came home Monday. What a great little holiday. Even the weather cooperated. It wasn't hot, but we didn't need anything more than a sweater all weekend. Coming home was a little scary with the huge dump of snow they got between Jasper and just east of Edson, but we made it. We saw cars in the ditch and trucks flipped over!

It was really fun doing a hotel now that Kassidy is a bit older and she liked it too. The room had two queen beds in it so she got one and got to sleep right next to Dan and I. The first night she didn't get to sleep till 10pm, but the next night she was so pooped she just rolled over to sleep.

We saw lots of deer, elk and sheep. Kassidy labled them all as either mommy, daddy or baby. :)
