Family Day 2010

What a marvelous, perfect day! Dan cooked us omlettes and hash browns for breakfast to start us off. Then me and Kassidy hung out in the house while we waited for it to get warmer outside. Just after lunch we headed out to spend time with Daddy. Dan took her for a (very slow and cautious) snowmobile ride around the yard, me and Kassidy built a snowman together, she got pushed on the swings, and played with Brutus. Then us two girls came back in, after an hour and a half of enjoying the beautiful weather!, to watch Dumbo, the original movie. She'd never seen it before and we both enjoyed watching it and cuddling on the couch. (And eating chips, of course.) Later she went to the garage to hang out with Daddy for a while, and to watch a dinosaur movie, so I could have a bit of time to myself.

What a perfect day! I couldn't even try to recreate how great it was. :)
