Happy Father's Day

Kassidy's shirt says "My dad is COOL. We're a lot alike." We got Dan a pizza pan for the bbq for his big day. He ate bacon, drank beer, bbq'd, worked on a snowmobile, and went to Canadian Tire. A perfect father's day in Danny-land.


Dan found Kassidy's birthday present at a garage sale on Saturday. It was a steal of a deal. It carries up to 80lbs so she'll be able to use it for many many years. Of course the first thing Dan did was tear it apart to fix things up. : ) Ever since he was a baby (so his mother tells me) he loves taking things apart and then putting them back together again. To me that just sounds like too much work! But he enjoys it and things always run and look better after he's done.


We got this new stroller for Kassidy also. It fits like a charm. We tried it out this afternoon with my brother, Danny, on a walk to the Country Mercantile Store, and I love it. It runs so smoothly. But again, most importantly, she fits in it and we can still get around!
